HANES had been around for over 100 hundred years but had never had a formal branding / graphic apparel division for all of it's brands. I was asked to join the crew as it's first Creative Director in New York and set up this critical division. We opened Miami and Los Angeles in the second year. I hired and cultivated an in-house team of 15 with a bevy of external freelance talent. I branded this divison as ImageLAB bringing to Hanes a notoriety in the marketplace as a leader in graphic trending and color. Hanes Adult and Kids, Champion, Duofold and Hanes Intimates all worked with us to produce many successful collections. We went from zero to 300 million dollars in four years. My last challenge was opening it's final facility in Kansas City - establishing Kansas City imageLAB as the new base of operatons.
